Token Sale Terms

ZVR is a utility token intended for use within the ZAVIRON ecosystem. ZVR is not offered as a security, investment contract, or financial product. ZVR does not represent equity, debt, ownership, profit share, dividend right, or any claim against ZAVIRON.

ZAVIRON does not guarantee any future value, price, liquidity, exchange listing, market acceptance, utility, or return of any kind. The token sale and ecosystem are subject to change.

ZVR is sold in stages with increasing prices. Current stage and price are displayed on the platform. Price may change automatically when a stage ends or based on configured timers.

Supported payment currencies: USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, BTC, SOL, XRP. Payments must be sent from a wallet you control. Wrong-network or wrong-address transfers may be permanently lost and are not recoverable by ZAVIRON.

Minimum contribution is USD 300 (or equivalent in supported crypto) unless stated otherwise on the platform.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once sent, payments cannot be cancelled, reversed, or recalled. You are solely responsible for the correctness of any payment details and TXID submitted.

ZVR tokens are credited to your account balance after payment confirmation. Distribution to a personal wallet occurs as announced; timing and method may change. KYC may be required before claim.

Purchasing ZVR does not grant any right to resell, list, or transfer tokens on any specific exchange or marketplace.

Participation is prohibited from restricted jurisdictions. You confirm that your participation does not violate any law applicable to you and that funds used are lawfully obtained.

You acknowledge you have read the Risk Disclosure and accept all risks of purchasing ZVR, including total loss of funds.

ZAVIRON may change these Token Sale Terms, stage parameters, supported currencies, or other sale mechanics at any time.
